okay all u decorators... i have been commisioned to make a cake for a company celebrating the end of the fiscal year...
my guidelines... it needs to represent celebrations.. i was thinking a wine bottle or champagne or something i dunno... my first cake order... any ideas would be really appreciated

sketch:

3D champagne bottle (In the Black?)

resting on set of ledgers dated 2006-2007
could have a pencil or pen on top of them

wires w/ fondant bubbles coming out of top of bottle
cork on wire highest and farthest away.

all kinds of confetti and streamers scattered all over.

how would you suggest i go about this... i really want to do this right... it might help generate a few orders... i wouldn't mind the extra money. i would say this cake is for 30 people max

books are slabs of sheet cake covered in fondant.

bottle -- fat part rounds stacked and doweled, neck RKT
or whole bottle could be RKT -- and then make book's big enough to give the 30 servings --2: 9x13's stacked and cut 1.5x2 would be 36 servings.
