Okay I ordered a 12x18 wilton pan and a heat core - but where do I find a recipe meant for that size pan? Everything I have is for a 9x13 pan.

Thanks!

you will just have to double or triple your recipes so you have the proper amount of batter for the pan. Reference one of the wilton chart's on the bottom of this link for either 2" or 3" deep pans. This will tell you how many cups of batter you need for a lot of the pans that are out there.

The WASC cake recipe makes just a tad over 14 cups, so it is perfect for the 12x18x2 pan.

But it's just a great doctored cake mix recipe. icon_biggrin.gif

I also use the bake even strips for my sheet cakes - actually all my cake pans.
