I googled topsy turvy pan. I found this one on ebay. I hope the link works or maybe copy & paste.
I'm a little confused, are you looking for a pan that would make a 3D cake that looks like a topsy turvy cake like the ones posted on the site? All the whimsy cakes I've seen have been carved from standard round pans...I don't know that there are special topsy turvy pans.

That one is actually the Wilton one, and it's a flat cake that looks like a topsy-turvy cake on it's side.

If it's a stacked, 3D cake pan you are looking for, I'm not sure they exist! Most topsy turvy cakes are carved from round tiers. There's an excellent tutorial on this site:

If you do find a cake pan, I'm sure we'd all love to hear about it!
Someone recently posted a link to the same pan you are looking for. I tried finding it earlier today but couldn't.
I wish I could remember the subject of the thread!

Doug was talking about Topsy Turvy cakes yesterday in a thread, which has a tutorial link

Is this what you are looking for? Just recently there was a post here about this, it's where i got the link from.

BTW: if it takes you to the main page for cake pans keep searching. there's topsy turvy in there.

This link was on a thread that I was reading a few days ago. I'll find the link to the thread and post that as well because there was also another place you could buy Whimsy/Topsy Turvy pans.
