I'm looking for a baker for my wedding...My fiancee says that I should try to make ours...and no matter how it turns out he will love it...but I don't want that added pressure...Any tips for finding a really great baker...
Or anyone know of a really great OKC area baker...Just curious....

I think you are right to not make your own. Not that you would not do a great job. But it is your day. And you have enough to do, LOL. I do not know anyone in the area, sorry. But make sure you do a tasting. Compare prices. Ask a ton of questions. When do you bake them, so they are fresh? Do you freeze your cakes? How many wedding cakes have you made? Look at other cakes they have done. Look at the icing, is it smooth?

These are just some that came to me...

Hope it helps thumbs_up.gif
