Wondering if anyone has tried this recipe from this site. Please comment on how they turned out - taste and texture wise.

Also, what icing did you use? Comments on that as well, please.

I liked the cookies, though I would add more vanilla than the recipe calls for. As for icing, I used a cookie icing I buy from the lady that makes the buttercream I buy. The icing is very important to this cookie!

millicente, go to recipes and click on Cookies! The recipe is given there as "Like Lofthouse" soft sugar cookies.
