I've just had my first order for a wedding cake! I'm so mixed between excitement and fear. I have done so many special occasion cakes but never a wedding cake and it feel like an incredible responsibility to hold the centerpiece to a wedding in my hands. The cake itself will be fairly simple, I have been given a photo of the general idea for the cake. Anyways, does anyone have a vanilla filling recipe that it fairly light and airy?

Thanks
LL
