I want to learn to dip strawberries to make them look like a tux.
Can someone please tell me how to do this. When I melt the wilton candies, the mixture seems to be so thick that I am not really sure this would work. Are you supposed to add oil to them, or is there something else that you can use to dip them in? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try adding melted crisco to the chocolate a tablespoon at a time. Make sure you dont get the chocolate too hot or it will seize up and be no good

Not sure if you have seen this video yet, but here is a link to the Kraft website. It has a video showing how to make tuxedo strawberries. Jen

I just used the wilton candy melts for mine. I did not need to add anything to it and they turned out great!
