Anyone used this for cake before? I just bought some and was thinking of using it as a filling in a White Almond Sour Cream cake that I have for next week...

Straight out of can? Mixed with BC?

Any thoughts?

I just saw this this past weekend. I was going to try the strawberry but then I noticed that it said refrigeration required after opening. So, then I thought, maybe this isn't the same as the sleeved fillings. I'm not sure about this.. I've never tried them before. It sounds good... I would try a little bit when you open the can. If it seems like too much, then I would mix it with the buttercream. Sorry, I wasn't more help! But here is a bump to get it back up there!

I love these fillings, I used the strawberry on a cake for my mom this weekend. I left the cake out and it was fine.

I mixed some with BC and left some as straight filling.

I've used the fruit before - it was yummy.

Just don't know about the almond...hmmm...guess I'll be experimenting....

Thanks!
