Yesterday a co-worker asked me if I was interested in doing a 25th family reunion cake for her. Of course I jumped at the idea, being this would be my first real "big" cake order. Then I remembered her saying it was in a couple of weeks.........would you believe it will be during my vacation when I won't even be in the area?!!! She was so disappointed, as was I. Oh well, things happen for a reason and I guess I am really not ready for that big a project.......yet! icon_lol.gif

Would it not be possible to do the cake and she could freeze it until needed?

Or could you do the cake right before leaving? She could chose a design that she could setup herself.
