Hi. I want to try to do the frozen buttercream transfer but I can't find anywhere that tells me how to do it. I need step by step instructions so if anyone could help i appreciate it. Thank you icon_smile.gif

Iam making my first this weekend too. So no meringue powder in this buttercream and we do use butter and does the waxed side of the paper go next to the icing. The plainer side flat on the drawing, correct? Thanks

Hope I'm not responding too late...
I use my regular BC recipe when I do fbct, half butter/half crisco with no meringue powder. I have heard that all crisco tends to work a little better.
Honestly, I've never paid much attention to which side of the waxed paper, I'm using, so I would guess it doesn't make that much difference icon_smile.gif
