I want to do a caterpillar cookie for my sons first birthday, But have no idea how to decorate one. I really would love to do a baby einsteine caterpillar. any suggestions?

You could use a flower cutter for the shape. I don't know what kind of icing you use. Whichever method, do the circles. Pipe the antennae, legs and facial features in royal. I'd pipe his name in the top area.

I know there are caterpillar cutters available, but didn't know if you had one or time to order.

Wilton makes a set of bug cutters for less than $5. I have used them and they can be decorated many ways--very easy designs.

eta: the ones mentioned above are the ones I use from Wilton. And Hobby Lobby has that nifty 40off coupon this week on their net site.
