Parchment Paper In Pans..do You Grease The Sides Too?

If you are using parchment paper in the bottom of your cake pans do you need to still grease the sides of the pans?

Yes, I actually grease the whole pan and then put the parchment on the bottom.

Spray the bottom then put parchment paper on only the bottom, cut to size. The spray the whole thing. I always use the pillsbury spray with the flour. Works great for me.

I do the same thing that sweetpeeps does too. I also use the Pillsbury spray with flour and I love how it works..
