I need to find some cake filling in a hurry. Does anyone know a company that will over night it? I don't need a full case. I'd go to my local store but they find me competition.

My cakes are due Sat.

Thank You

I'm not sure if they can, but it's worth a try:

Good luck!

www.sugarcraft.com has fillings and next day shipping.

What kind of filling do you need? Could you make it yourself, just to be on the safe side?

what type are you looking for? Making bavarian cream is super easy. I have a great recipe. shopbakersnook. com has overnight I think and they are really cheap with their fillings.

Right now I need raspberry. I have to do 2 mini wedding cakes and 1- 1/2sheet. I can normally get it but i can't seem to find any anywhere. I thought I'd make it but to get enough raspberrys would cost an arm and a leg. I guess I didn't think of frozen raspberrys do you think they will work?

I'm sure frozen would work fine. I also like seedless raspberry jam. Maybe canned raspberry pie filling? I'm worried you're going to have to pay an arm and leg for overnight shipping!

Do you have a Sam's Club? I've bought raspberry filling there, they don't have it out, but ask at the bakery.

Frozen Raspberries make a very nice filling. I made the filling for my brothers wedding cake using frozen raspberries. PM me if you want my recipe.

I've looked into shipping and yes shipping is about 3X the amount of the fillings. I sent my Mother in Law on a search for me. Shes on her way here from a bigger town. I hope she has better luck.

Thank You so much for your help I really appreciate it.
