OK.. I just got an order for a Cinderella Cake to feed 100 ppl...

Now I am not good at Serving sizes... I'm thinking some sort of sheet cake with a round cake on top of sheet cake and of course a Cinderella Cake Doll on top of that.. Guess my question is what sizes do I use.. And what would I charge?? TIA!!!

Can't help w/ the pricing, but here is the Wilton chart for servings:

Another idea would be to make a tiered cake- say 3 tiers and turn them into steps..and then Cinderella on top or on a seperate satalite cake. I'm not very good at serving amounts though, so it might be way to much or too little cake.

I went on line to Ebay and got a deluxe princess cake castle kit for around $30. I know there are licensing issues, but mine was for my niece. It came out beautiful and it served ALOT. You can make it stretch too by making the layers thicker. Mine was a half sheet base with two 8" round and two 6" round for the castle. Check out my pic.
