I know the fondant recipes says to wrap tightly in siran wrap and place in a ziploc bag overnight. Is there a way to speed up the waiting phase? I'm home with a sick son and thought it would be a great time to start my fair entry.

i've used it still warm fresh before with no problems. Will just be extra stretchy.

Hi! I usually let it rest for about 15 to 20 min in a cool place if I have some time. But in a hurry I do like Doug.Good luck!
