Anyone know what is up with this site?
I've been trying to access it for two days and it won't come up for me.
Is it down for maintainence??
It has been working fine for me, was their yesterday and sunday.

ooh it would be great if they were updating their site! I hate how you can't see pictures of stuff until you click on a million things - and then the pictures are black & white and contain so many products you can't tell which one you were interested in........... it's so frustrating. They need a serious website overhaul. Maybe it's happening ![]()
The site works fine for me, no noticable changes, unfortunatly. I agree, they need an update of their site! With so many products, it's hard to navigate.
I've tried again and it won't come up.
Would someone who can get on write to their customer service and let them know that there are those of us out there that are having problems?

I can get onto the site just fine..I just sent in a e-mail to tech support for yall...Hope they get it worked out soon for ya, Mary

Here's the second reply I got from Sugar Craft this morning, at least they do read their e-mails and a real person replys to you from there. I agree their web site is awesome and if your looking for something you cant find anywhere else,you'll find it there indeed...

Mary, I just thought...if people cannot get onto our website at all, they probably have FRAMES disabled.
Tell them to use this address in that case: http://www.sugarcraft.com/main.html
There is a menu at bottom of the page since they can't use the one in the frame at left.
I have done nothing to change the website, such as maintenance or up-grading.
If this is not it, they should email me. The Staff at www.sugarcraft.com

I have placed 4 orders with them and have been very impressed with the service and quick delivery. I know some people have had problems, but it is a rarity. With a company that does that volume of business you are bound to have the odd problem. I once had to write an email to them because I was really impatient for something I had ordered the day before and they responded in less than an hour. They said it was in UPS's hands and could take 4-6 days. 2 days later it was here.

I know Jackie and Heath are working hard to find some luster dusts for us at a good price that are a quality product. I appreciate the fact that they take the time to research their stuff before they carry it in the store.

CC does not carry luster dust yet, but I believe the administrators (Jackie and Heath) are looking for a good luster dust product to add to the store.
A moderator is a person who helps to run the forums. ![]()
