but can I substitute powdered sugar for regualar sugar??
I want to try a recipe I found on here for ladyfingers, but I am entirely out of regular sugar and I cant get to the store until tomorrow night
. I wouldnt be serving these to anyone except family, but I dont want them to turn out terrible and waste food. TIA

This one states that powdered sugar has cornstarch in it (and may affect your recipe).
