Mine would be an instant fondant colorer. Would look something like a small bread machine. Put your quantity of fondant or gumpaste in, select your color (or scan something with the color on it and it will match it!) press a button and oila!! colored..perfectly kneaded fondant (or gumpaste).

What's your dream invention?? icon_biggrin.gif

My invention would be something that cleans the kitchen, washes the floor, and washes the pots and pans (including all the greasy stuff left behind from making buttercream and the sticky stuff from making MMF) It wouldn't loose decorating tips either. Oh, and since I'm dreaming, it would put everything back where it belongs.

I would invent a disposal that spits out tips that it inadvertantly eats. Tips come back all nice and round....not chewed to freakin bits!!

My invention would be a very wide pasta machine that would roll out fondant for whatever size cake I needed it for - nice and evenly!!

I would invent a machine that iced your corners and edges perfectly sharp and even, even the square cakes.

k. got another one... (smaller scale though icon_lol.gif )

I'd invent a tip coupler that you can use with any size tip. Including that humungus icing tip!!!

i would invent a sifting machine that when used would not turn my kitchen into a snow storm.

i actually can't believe that there isn't something like this for commercial kitchens. in school we would make a batch of bc and have to sift 10 lbs. of 10x sugar at once- the stuff was everywhere!

I'd invent an extremely slow start to the mixer so nothing poofs up or splashes up.
