I've found a couple of references to Hoosier Cake with Gravy Icing, and a request for the recipe, but have been unable to find the recipe for the cake with the gravy icing. It is described as having milk and flour, cooked down, and then sugar added..?

Anyone? I'd love to have this one. Thanks. icon_smile.gif

I can't help you, but am really interested as well. I have been a Hoosier my entire life and have never heard of it.
