My Sophie (bless her lil heart) has requested a princess leia cake and will not budge. So what do I do all you brilliant decorators out there! Help me out here.

I love your title! My first thought was a round cake (for the face) and 2 do-nuts at the side (for the braids)...

I like the idea of the donughts for the hair...You would definately have to use those sprialed looking ones (that look like tires...sorry, I forget their proper name).

Check out my Mario head...you could do Leia cake in a similar style.

BTW- PJ37:
My DH was born in Cortland. Moved to Warren when he was in 2nd grade. In laws still live in Warren. I bet you know them! LOL!!! (We live just outside Columbus).

You could do a white-dressed brunette doll cake with the 'danish' hair on the sides.
