I got my copy of "The Cake Mix Doctor" from Amazon last week, and I was excited to disover she had a recipe for white chocolate icing. I had to play with it a bit to make it suitable for decorating, but it worked fabulous! I plan on posting it in the recipes, but wanted to let you know it was there.

Thanks, today I was just wondering how I could do chocolate icing without the brown color and thought about making white chocolate but didn't know how...
