Does anybody have any ideas for desserts using eagle brand milk?
I have thought about just throwing a bunch of items into a bowl and serving, or coving a cake with say cheeries and EBM, but I wondered if there are any other options.

Thanks in advance.

I love the caramel pie, where you boil the can for a couple hours and then pour into a graham cracker crust. Yum.

It's soooo funny that you started this post! I was just wondering the SAME thing the other day. I bought a bunch of cans to have just in case for one of my filling recipes and that thought came across my mind. icon_lol.gif

I haven't tried all the recipes that were recommended above, but I can certainly vouch for the Better Than Sex Cake. That is DELICIOUS and I can only make it on special occasions because I tend to eat too much of it. icon_smile.gif

Ohh. Fudge Puddles. Use your peanutbutter cookie recipe and push a 1in. ball into each cup of a mini cupcake pan. Bake until golden, cool and remove from pan. The put 1 cup each semisweet and milk choc. chip and 1 can sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan and heat on low until melted. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Use to fill your cookie cups. Pour any leftover "fudge" on a plate and cool (you could also do the filling without the cookies and make "fudge" but peanutbutter and choc. together... YUMMY!!! (these are my most requested cookies)
