Ganache using white chocolate? I searched the receipes and didn't see anything.

Yes. I didn't like the flavor as much but it's the same recipe as the regular ganache recipe.

Baking 911 has a recipe for white chocolate ganache.

I think you have to use twice the white chocolate as you do the chocolate chocolate.
