Hi I was wondering if I could get some input on a chocolate mousse vz. Whipped ganache for a white cake filling.......... The chocolate mouse is with the pudding and heavy cream.......Also both have to be refridgerated but my question is It will take me awhile to decorate it is it ok to leave out long enough to decorate? I mean I would assume yes, cause I don't have a walk in Refridge! LOL Thank you
