How do I make whip cream frosting stable? Anyone?
I've heard of ading piping gel to it and I put a couple tsp of merengue powder in it.
You can use powdered plain gelatin, also. Just bloom it in some cold water first, and add it after your cream is beginning to get firm during whipping. It will not melt with the gelatin in it!
