I finally got mini tips to make teeny roses. I know they're made on toothpicks but I don't know how. Do I make the first mound of icing then let it dry before continuing? I tried it once but the whole thing kept spinning.

I'm having problems too - how can you get it off the toothpick without it all smooshing together and the rose collapsing? icon_cry.gif

Put a wax paper square on your toothpick and when your done, just slide it up under your rose and slide the rose off the tip of the toothpick. It will usually slide off with little or no pressure and will not disfigure much.
