I feel like I've discovered something icon_surprised.gif ...perhaps some of you may already know this trick, but since it comes up a lot...

I found that if I drizzle some corn syrup on the dry (crumbly, even) MMF and microwave for about 15 sec and then knead it in there, it works! Be careful after heating and make sure to just test slightly so you don't get burned (some micros are more powerful than others). Rub a little shortening on your hands so they don't get too sticky. On your surface too.

Also, if you don't have a silicone mat like Rol'pat or Silpat, it's great idea to get one. Those 2 are kind of expensive, but on Amazon they have one called Silicone Zone that is pretty big, aboout $15, and also has measurements marked for rolling out fondant (circle or square) or any dough. There is also a smaller one from Matfer that costs about the same about the size of a home cookie sheet. icon_rolleyes.gif

Just wanted to share in case I can help someone out! icon_biggrin.gif
