I hope you will help me. I used Wiltons SweetHeart Pan for my Heart cake.It should be yellow cake (torted 2 times) with cherry buttercream filling, ganache coated with some candy clay roses and about 3" height.
Do you think that this cake should get 14 servings?
And I will charge $25(CD), do you think it's OK?

I truly think $35 -$40, your torting twice!

Yes it will get the 14 servings you are looking for.

I think I would go to $30 for the cake as you are putting a filling and ganache which is costly.

Be sure to post a photo when you finish.
