i have never had a problem with the chocolate but when i did white its dry and cracking.how can i fix this please ?

Generally I find that kneading it brings it back around but you could knead in a little crisco to try to help bring it back.

i'd heat it in the microwave for about 10 seconds and try to kneed in some shortening also. is it old?

no its fresh..but i will try heating a little and the kneading of crisco..thanks

did you by chance drain or separate it from all its oils when making it?

no i didn't was i suppose too? i never do with chocolate.

no- so you did it right. i am not sure why it came out dry. did you end up being able to fix it?

oh yes i fixed it ok, after many tips here and everything else i tried under the sun it was tossed in the can, i made another batch..lol..my answer to stress..lol...actually i think i didn't get enough corn syrup in..but thanks to all for the tips..
