can someone please tell me,the name of those boards or disks that you put under a cake so it wont collapse...I mean,more than one level or tier...
and what they are made from? icon_confused.gif

if i am thinking of what you are describing they are called seperater plates and they are plastic.

You can buy those plates at Craft stores, like Michaels. Wal-Mart has them also. Since you are in Australia I don't know if these places are accessible to you. If not you might check with a local bakery and see if they will give you a supplier name. There are many places you could purchase these from the internet. Good Luck.

Separator plates, made from plastic. Michaels, Hobby Lobby, etc. Order on line if none are near you.
