I'm very selective about cakes in my portfolio or website because I am such a bad critic on myself. I would love to hear the thought of others as well!
i would think about doing cakes from all aspects. Birthdays, weddings, adult cakes, over the hill, graduations, retirement, and whimsical. You have to remember people are looking for all sorts of different cakes. So try to be a customer and think of the cakes they would order. Also think of cakes that would WOW customers, and it will also help you get more orders.
