Don't you find that the yellow cake mix even if it is doctored still taste artificial? I don't know if it is just me. icon_rolleyes.gif maybe i'm paranoid

Which brand are you using? I think DH tastes good, and not artificial.

I always use Duncan Hines, with a vanilla pudding mix added. Never have had any complaints on the taste! icon_biggrin.gif

I use Dh and do an extender recipe with a little extra butter and some oil and it is soooooo good!!!
