What do you mean by mold?
A fondant mold? Or a 3d mold? I'm not sure what you are asking about fondant? There are many molds for fondant: lace, pearls, and many other shapes. Also impression mats, push stamps or sticks, rolling pins. Do you mean plastic, or silicone? Craft molds?
or just which one we like to use most?

I'm interested in building a collection of silicone molds and was just wondered what the favorites were out there for cake bakers.

My most favorite molds for fondant are Sugar bouquets daisy molds. Any and all, BUT unfortunately she retired and closed her business so these are no longer available.

My CURRENT favorite is the two piece leaf veiner. It makes an impression on both sides at the same time and results in very realistic looking leaves.

Go to home depot. Look around there are so many think you can use for molds. I watched Jaque Torese do on food network. I cant spell his name.
