Is there any way to moisten up zuccini bread after it is already baked. I have used the same recipie before but this time a double batch came out very dry. Please help, I hate to waste all this bread!!!

If cake central will let us talk about zucchini bread then I shall respond. The only thing I would recommend is freezing it. As with cakes it might moisten them up a bit. However I see this was posted on Monday and I'm sure you have eaten them or hopefully froze them!
