A 12x18x2 pan takes 14 cups of batter.
If you were using a cake mix, you would need to use three. SRV cake recipe makes enough for two 9" pans.
So unless you get more definitive answers, I would think you would have to make at least 3-4 recipes of SRV cake for this large pan size.
