There are several in the gallery that have more than one hero on them...I think you could get very good ideas by looking at these:

If you are doing that many on a cake, you should consider just doing their heads. I have done a few super hero cakes, three on one cake at most. If you look in my character cakes book 1, you'll see some. Click my web site in my signature line, if you want to take a look.
Okay, my son is going to be 4 soon and he already has his cake picked out. He loves to look through the galleries with me. He likes a lot of the cakes, but always comes back to this one by bjfranco 
I think this one is neat because the kids can eat the chocolate bars too! Hope the 4-year-old opinion helps some!

LOL aww come on, how could you ever be mad at Calvin??? He's so endearing and well adorable even if he's makin faces or getting into trouble. Yeah and now my friend saw the Nemo chopped up into sushi avi, and says I'm cruel and inhumane. There is just no pleasing anyone
