Once cake is covered with fondated can I keep it in the fridge for a day?I need to make the cake a day before the party. THX
Humidity is the issue, the more humid your area is the more it will sweat when it comes out. Don't touch it till it dries and you will be fine.
If your cake does not have any filling or BC that is perishable, I would just leave the cake uncovered in your kitchen.
