that you could just barf?!?!?!?!? icon_lol.gif i got an e-mail today from someone wanting to schedule a tasting!!!! her wedding is in july 2008 and she's from virgina. she and her fiance will be in the area on july 14th (of this year) checking out their reception site (in youngstown ohio) and want to schedule a tasting for that day. this will be my first one ever!!! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!! i have learned so much from all of you so i actually feel "prepared" to do this! icon_lol.gif i'm letting her pick two flavors to try. i'll make each one a single 6" round and ice it in my bc with a simple border. i think i'll make some extra cupcakes and put them in a cute little box with a pretty bow to send home with the couple. does that sound ok? i really want to make a good impression! i would LOVE to get in on the wedding scene and this may be my chance!!!!!! any advice for conducting a tasting would be great! any specifics i should cover in my contract? thanks everyone for all your input thus far!!!! icon_biggrin.gif
