Hello, I am baking a tierd birthday cake for my son. I am using a 12 x 12 x 2 cake pan. It's white cake. How long do I bake it for? Any Suggestions? Thanks.
I bake all my large layers on 325, this helps with a more even distribution of heat and helps to keep the cake from crowning too much. Besides that the sides cook faster then the center on 350 unless you use the bake strips to help that problem.
