I'd wait for her to call you.

As much as I wanted to call, I'd wait.

I'm in the same boat with a couple in another town. I found out through the grape vine from a friend of a friend that I'm doing the food for this wedding and I haven't heard a drop from them!

Maybe you'll hear from her soon! icon_smile.gif

I give ONE call or e-mail asking how they are and if they would like to set up a tasting. I do not do anything more. If they respond yes, then we go from there, if no responce, their loss.

I have just delt with a bridzilla like this that could not return calls/ e-mails, learn from my mistake. Let them go, if they call too late, it is kinda fun and an ego boost to say, "I am so sorry, but I am all booked, if only you had contacted me sooner so I could get a hold deposit from you..."
