Hey Everyone!!

I found this software and have been using it...so far I LOVE IT!! It lets you design your wedding cakes with all types of tiers, shapes, colors, borders and decorations. You can save them and print or email them!! It is awesome!! I emailed them a question and got a prompt and helpful reply. I know most of us are always looking for something like this so I thought I'd post!!

Does anyone else use it?

I really like it, and I thought it was pretty reasonably priced too.

From what I've read on the website, it seems to be geared toward brides and not cake designers. Bummer. I think it would be more useful to cake decorators if it could do all kinds of cakes and not just wedding cakes, but it's a start! Maybe they will come out with a 'professional' version.

My thoughts exactly. I've been wishing for a program to design cakes with because I can't draw worth a flip. I can picture it in my head but can't put it on paper.

I just bought it. I'm not that impressed actually. I mean it does the typical wedding decorations but it doesn't do anything too out of the ordinary. No pearl or luster finish option. Also, it doesn't have that you can choose specific cake sizes. You can just resize the layers until they "look right".

I would only recommend this if you have NO drawing ability at all. If you can draw stick figures that's still drawing! icon_smile.gif

I give this program one thumb down.

Good to know! Thanks for the input. A program geared toward cake designers would be wonderful! Even a bunch of templates (all in one place), that you could play around with would be great!

get out your colored pencils (colored BC is definitely NOT recommended) and have at mine -- they're all relatively in one place.
