I have a cake due in 2 hrs it is done! But, here is my problem. I made fondant #'s to go on the top of the cake (it is for a sweet 16) and my daughter just broke one, I am about to cry! I didn't make any extra and I know they don't have time to dry if I did make another on what do I do? Is there anyway that I can mend it back together? They have to be on the cake or it just wont look right!
The only thing I can suggest is to try to make another one. If you can, mix some gumpaste in with your fondant, put them in a convection oven on low. That might dry it out sooner. Not sure if you can make a 2 hr deadline.
Other than that, try gluing them with water. Good luck.
