Has anyone made a roller coaster cake? I want to do a tiered cake (probably2 or 3 tiers) and have a roller coaster wrapping around the tiers. I'll probably do it out of fondant/gumpaste. Any suggestions on how to do this? Pictures would be great?

I think there's a pic of one in the last Wilton book. Don't have mine with me or I would check for you... sorry. You could stagger cakes and make tracks out of gumpaste to "connect" them.

Well, I found the Wilton instructions on their site, but it doesn't look like what you are trying to achieve. I am gonna post it incase it gives you ideas.

Here is a cake where she carved the race track out of the side of the tiers. Don't see why that wouldn't work for a roller coaster!
