Looking For Someone Going To Culinary School....

A while back there was a post where someone mentioned that they had moved their family so that they could go to culinary school. If you see this post, could you please IM me? I would love to do the same thing but feel very guilty about uprooting kids, leaving a very stable job, selling the house, etc. I was just wondering how long it took you to come to the decision, do you regret anything, is there anything you would do differently, what do you think of culinary school, etc.? Thanks so much.
I'm going to a culinary program, but I didn't move. Wanted to move this up for you so hopefully you will find the person you are referring to.
