I hear people talking about Rich's whipped cream icing they buy at sams club do you guys know if I can get it at some other store. usaribbon.gif

I buy it at a local resturant supply store. I do think there are two very similar products out that are available to different areas of the country. One is the Richs Bettercream (they make a whipped cream too) And there is a product called Pastry Pride, that from the sounds of it is similar to the bettercream.

cash n' carry and smart and final. I get mine at smart and final. But it's pastry pride - they only have the choc. bettercreme.
