I am making my niece's b-day cake for her party on Saturday. She wants chocolate with choco. mousse filling. The problem is, the venue for the party does not have a fridge. Is there a recipe anywhere for a choco. mousse that does not need refridgeration? Is that even possible?

I use one six ounce package of choc instant pudding to one quart of Pastry Pride non-dairy whipped topping. I put the pudding in with the Pastry Pride when I mix it in my kitchen aid. I whip until pretty thick. You can use it as a filling or chill it and it straight as a mousse.

Since it's non-dairy it can sit out for quite awhile.
