Hello everybody,
I'm attempting my first stacked cake for my son's first B'day. My question is should I decorate the cake first and then assemble or should I assemble it first and then decorate???
It's gonna be BC with fondat accents.

Please advice.

I agree. Decorate then put it together and add the finishing touches then.

Me too, decorate then stack. It can be difficult to decorate if you have to (crap I can't spell manuver, manoover? hmmm...anyway you get the idea) icon_redface.gif It can be hard to work around the bottom tiers.....there. (And I'm usually such a good speller!)
