My aunt has to go yeast and dairy free for several months, and was asking for any bread recipes like this? She LOVES bread and would love to find something. She can have baking soda/powder, just no bakers or brewers yeast and no dairy. She can have eggs.

No dairy is easy. But no yeast, hmmm. That really puts you in the land of quick breads and flat breads. What does she like to use the bread for? Sandwiches? Just eating?
