Both of these recipies are from this site: Whipped Cream Icing (Whipped Cream, Cream Cheese, White Sugar, etc) and the Crusting Cream Cheese Icing. Does anyone have a preference? I would like to try one of them instead of the usual buttercream? Do either of these ice smoother than the other? Thanks as usual for all of your feedback.

I've only tried the crusting cream cheese icing recipe. I think it's yummy and it smooths quite nicely.
