the one with the pink polka dots? It's cute and NO way should it have been free, unless it was a gift. Trust me I wish we were closer friends, so you could make me free cakes that looked like yours do ha ha... congrats to ALL of us for making a stand for ourselves and refusing to belittle our hard work effort and talent!
I'm proud of everyone..

Well I'm completely with you! My family, especially my sister, do the same thing. You're lucky though! At least they pay you something for the cost. My sister expects hers completely free!! I have done all her kids cakes since they were born and this year, a couple of months ago, she said for her sons birthday she was going to have someone else make the cake. So I was a little hurt and relieved at the same time. Then FOUR HOURS before the party she said she forgot to order the cake and wanted to know if I could whip one up for her. icon_eek.gif Of course being the nice person I am, I did. And did I get a dime? NO!! Now I am doing a cake for her daughter next weekend. I must be crazy!

By the way, your cake was very cute and I agree with Noley - it definitely should not have been free! Way too nice and obviously a lot of time put into it!
